Ziplet

ABOUT

This little wristlet is just enough for a wallet, keys and a lip balm. The strap and D-ring are optional and are added once the rest of the pouch is complete.

Ziplet uses many of the same techniques as the sweater Letters from the Open Road, and will orient knitters to working the stitch pattern, seaming with mattress stitch, creating the welts, installing the zipper, and sewing the tubular bind-off used in that pattern. The techniques used to create the strap and anchor the D-ring are not used in the sweater pattern.
