Letters to Camp
Letters to Camp
Letters to Camp - a cozy kid's jacket knitting pattern
The Letters to Camp jacket features welted plackets on either side of a ribbed button band. The allover seersucker stitch creates visual interest and warmth. Stitches are picked up to create a hood that is closed neatly with a three-needle-bind-off. The fronts, back, and set-in sleeves are knit flat and seamed together.
Construction
Letters to Camp is knit flat and seamed together. Stitches are picked up for the hood and a three-needle-bind-off is used to close the hood. Stitches are picked up for the welt border and the ribbed button band. Instructions are given for placing the buttons on either the left or the right side of the garment.
